Actually, I made it. >,< I tried to publish it in the persona site, but then it won't let me upload headers and footers larger than 300kb.
So I'm gonna go and post the header and footer image, and y'all can do the rest.

Go to Tools > Personas > Personas Preferences and make sure the 'Show Custom Persona in menu' is ticked.
Then save the Header and Footer to your PC, go to Tools > Personas > Custom Persona.

I was looking at your screenshot and noticed that your "User Information" box says "Post Count: 0". Is it displaying it like that? It should say 9 that was your actual post count before your last post.
Oh just ignore that, that screenshot was taken days ago when I just registered. It does show my actual post count. (^,^)
