Title of this short doujin is just Tanabata manga.
I can just guess that Vivio wrote her wish to meet her mothers when they were young, and when she meets them she calls them "Nanoha-mama, Fate-mama", which quite confuse Nanoha and Fate, and in last page Vivio states 'Mama!' and Nanoha and Fate respond 'Mama?' ;)
A very cute 4P doujin that I just found in Pixiv. It's in Chinese but is self explanatory (though translations are welcome as always ^^).
The title is "たい焼きの食べ方", it would be nice if someone can give me the romanji or translation for this.
