Beside it's not like artist wants to make a crossover, if he will be ordered and paid for it, it will be done.
I remember there was also some pic with Nanoha, Vivio and that pink princess too.
Personally I don't want Nanoha and Dog Days crossovers in any way, I watched only 2 episodes of DD and I just dropped it not liking it in one bit, the show was horrible to my standards.
Isn't that Dog Days character voiced by Nana? Maybe that's why?
