I have started to think that this remake of the firts season will be darker than the original one (may be like manga Force), like if they're remaking the story from StrikerS.
It will have backstory elements and better animation/cooler fights - But the premise will stay the same, and it will end the same.
Fate is so cute. Too Innocent. =/ This is like, giving us more foundation to hate Precia all along. When what she all did was to revive her beloved daughter. eh. T.T
Yes, what happened to Precia's daughter was tragic, but characters need to earn sympathy, they don't just deserve it. How you act in times of tragedy should determine the kind of sympathy you get...And the way Precia acted after the tragedy...shows she doesn't deserve any at all.
Meanwhile, Fate's the kind of tragic character where she just did every single thing you can to deserve the optimum amount of sympathy. As such, I feel so sorry for her... ;_;

Well, Nanoha was like that for a short period of time earlier on in the anime... Generally, because she was unsure of what she wanted to do in the future, so I think that may be relevant even to the new timeline.
Because she is gloomy, I suppose.
I don't think they will show much gloomy Nanoha in the movie, though.

It looks like Nanoha is going emo again, and Fate is missing "some" clothes.
Seems like scenes from their final battle... probably Nanoha's just sad because of how mean was Presia to Fate.
Still, if that's really their final battle then the manga skipped quite some events in the story.
