Aww, it was so cute. But I don't get why Nanoha and Fate couldn't have just told Vivio they were hugging.
They were in the way to do more than hugging, things that could be hard to explain to their daughter (and their future daughter in law xD).
Yeah, but they didn't get a chance to do anything beyond hugging, and that would be the easiest explanation for why they were so close.
