Welcome back, everybody! After about 106 hours with our Website down due to a unexpected hardware failure (that was the cause of the recent long loading times), we were able to recover everything and move our site to a new server.
Our Site should be 100% back now, but if you notice any bugs like files not loading or the a page not responding in a long time, please don't doubt in reporting the problem.
We offer you our apologies for the inconvenience, hopefully we should be able to deal with this kind of issue quicker if this happens again. But for now, if everything goes well we should be back to our usual work and be releasing "From Fingertip to Love" to weekend, so please look forward to it.
Thank you for all your hard work.
I report a problem of the website. There are 2 different dimensions of this website. When there is a sign like the website crashed down, I moved to another dimension which i met some people there, as long as this preview topic disappeared. And after a few minutes, the chat crashed down and i refreshed again. This time, this preview topic appeared and there were different people i saw on the website. This is a serious but also hilarious bug.
Probably it's a problem of the old DNSs being cached on your computers and loading the site from the old server (which is still online). Probably refreshing the web should load the site from the correct server.
I'll check this tomorrow to see if there isn't anything wrong with the nameservers, but for now I think I'm going to the bed. Thanks for reporting!
It works only when there is a net crashing or something like that happen to the user's net. My friends are stuck in the old website and they can't get out of it by normal refreshing. I think it needs some other solves....
If you can't load the site correctly from the new server (the one with usually more than 70 anonymous users online, and without the red text in the Welcomebox), it's probably because your Dns is caching the ip of the old server, and trying to load it from there. To solve it try deleting your browser's cache, and running the command "ipconfig /flushdns" (to do that, press the windows key + R, and new window to execute commands should open where you can paste that command, without the quotations marks).
Please tell me if this is of any help.
Basically, i can switch from the old version to the new one on purpose but thank to your instruction, my friend can connect to the new version. Thanks for your help.
welcome back, welcome back ^^
