Searching for Doujin? NanoFate

Hoping someone could help me find a specific or similar doujin.

I remember it focusing on Nanoha's recovery after her major injury and Fate's worries about Nanoha (and consequently her failures of the officer exam with that). It dealt with Nanoha's depression with not being sure she could fly too because of the injury. If you can help me, I'd greatly appreciate it.
